The Narrative Templates tool allows a user to create or edit documents for a patient’s file cabinet.

A- Create: Allows a user to create a new template from scratch.

B- Edit: Choosing an exiting document from the list allows a user to edit a previously created template.

Delete an assigned document:

  • Locate Patient: Last Name, First Name
  • Click the document on the right side table you wish to delete
  • Click the back arrow to move to left table
  • Click Done

    When the document name is clicked, the document will open in Clinic Staff mode. The staff can assist the patient filling out the form and will remain logged into the EHR after the form is complete. To launch the document in a mode that is secure to hand a tablet to the patient, use the Kiosk Mode button (Circle K) in the right hand column.
