To look at the history of claim submission from the time a claim was created or reset to New status, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the claim in question. *Claim history does not appear for new claims, only submitted claims.
- Click the three line icon (we call the hamburger) in the action column
- The history of the date and payer to whom the claim was submitted appears in the table
