Map Diagnosis to Charges

From the Billing screen OR the Completed Visit Record
  1. Choose the selected Charge (if on Billing screen you will need to expand the Charge)
  2. Click the Map label

  3. Select the Diagnosis you want mapped in the printed or submitted claim.

From the Corrected Claim Tool
  1. Create a Corrected Claim
  2. Manually enter the CPT Mapping
