Send / Receive Secure Messages

From Patient Portal

  1. Expand Message Menu Item
  2. Choose Compose Message

  3. Add Recipient

  4. Compose Message
  5. Click Send

From Recipient Login Screen

  1. Click Envelope Icon in upper right hand corner

  2. New Messages will be indicated by a green status button that will turn gray after message is opened (Read more about Inbox)
