Approve Charges
The accuracy of the information on your claims is important. Charges is a stage between documentation and claim submission that allows you to review and approve the data you are about to submit. If the charge needs editing/modification you can delete the charge, make the edits on the visit screen, and mark the appointment complete to recreate the charge.
By processing the charge for billing you are finalizing and creating a claim. Undoing this step requires assistance from support, but editing the charge does not. Please take a moment to review these charges before processing them for billing.
