Create / Edit SOAP Notes

  1. Clinic dashboard>appointment time of patient for SOAP notes to be created/edited

  2. Scroll down to reveal SOAP fields
  3. Right click to import previous notes and edit as needed, or enter original notes in each field
  4. SAVE
